Submerge them in water, bring the water to a boil, turn off the heat, and leave the containers covered inside until needed.Heat the drinking water. When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Let it cool.Follow the reconstitution instructions carefully. First pour the water into the bottle. Then add "sharp" scoops of the powdered milk. Use only the scoop on the box.Attach the bottle to a high-flow nipple and shake well. The first 5 seconds back and forth and the next 10 seconds up and down. Make sure the measuring cup is dry and place it back in the box.Close the box after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
